Please use the following link. Voting will be starting as of some time next week (the week of 4/23/06) on a law that will allow ISPs such as AOL, COX, Verizon and such to give bandwidth priority to 'preferred' websites, that pay to have access to their sites made easier than to the sites of their competitors. This will create a bidding war over OUR bandwidth. Please take the time to at least read what this Law will mean for you, me, and other US citizens. This is urgent, so take the time now to read the message at the linked page and, if you agree with the cause, pass it on! I urge everyone to spread this in as many ways as you can!

DeviantART Edit: This is an issue that could directly affect sites like deviantART. If sites like this don't pay ISPs to ensure easy access to by their users, then they could end up loosing members because of artificially long loading times created by the ISPs themselves...please read the information in the link to find out more.
